We want therapy to be accessible and transparent. Below you’ll find information about insurance plans we accept, session fees, and flexible payment options.

Insurance Plans We Accept

We are currently credentialed with:

• Aetna

• Optum / UnitedHealthcare

We are also in progress with:

• Cigna

• BlueCross BlueShield

• Ambetter

These plans will be added as soon as credentialing is complete.

If you’re unsure about your benefits, we are happy to help you check them.

Session Rate

Our standard session fee is:

$85 per 50-minute session

This rate applies to private self-pay clients.

Sliding-Scale Options

We believe therapy should be accessible.
Sliding-scale rates are available from $30 to $85 per session, based on what a client can reasonably afford.

There are no financial documents required.
We simply discuss your situation together and find a rate that feels manageable.

Payment Methods

We accept:

• Credit and debit cards

• HSA / FSA cards

• Insurance where applicable

Payment is collected at the time of service.

Superbills Available

If you have a plan we are not yet in-network with, we can provide a superbill for potential reimbursement based on your out-of-network benefits.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session may be charged a late cancellation fee. We understand emergencies happen—please contact us if you need to reschedule.
